What to expect when onboarding with CrossFit West Des Moines

  1. Set up a fitness assessment by clicking here. If unable to find a time, or you want to request a phone call, please email us at and we will align with you! Subject line: Starting CrossFit.

  2. At the fitness assessment we will ask about some of your personal fitness history, goals, and also assess your current abilities in three of our foundational movements (this is not a test or a workout).

  3. After checking out the gym and talking briefly with your coach you can discuss starting a first month package and setting up your first day of Fundamentals or potentially trying out a Free Class depending on your fitness level. See our prices for Fundamentals here.

  4. You will be asked to download the Wodify App or Wodify Athlete App to schedule your appointments and reserve your classes (Review our class schedule here). You can also view the workout of the day (WOD) and check out the community whiteboard. Make sure you set up your profile pic here!

  5. You will have access to 3 or 4 weeks worth of CrossFit classes. After your trial phase is over you will sign up as a member and athlete of CrossFit West Des Moines. From here you will have access to more programs and services! Get started today, view membership prices here!

  3. Shoot us an email with your class time and day request. Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early to speak with a coach about the days workout, limitations, and more about your CrossFit journey!
